I know I say this a lot, but thank goodness for Pinterest! It has done wonders for our family meal planning and I would be lost without it. Tonight I made a yummy Dijon Chicken with Sauteed Asparagus that just so happened to have a dijon vinaigrette sauce. I didn't intend to have two dijon sauces, but I went ahead and made both and they were equally delicious!
I also served brown rice. Not too exciting, but healthy, and that's our goal during the week.
